Mercedes Blanco Majarón
Mercedes, founding partner of Blanco & Martín Abogados, has extensive experience as a practising lawyer, consolidating a broad professional career in legal advisory and the legal management of all types of matters. She graduated in Law from the University of Alcalá and stands out for her solid academic background, her extensive experience in handling complex matters, and her ability to provide effective and personalised legal solutions. In 2002, she served as legal adviser to the Estepona Town Hall and, since that same year, has also worked as a property administrator, providing a comprehensive and specialised perspective in asset management and the administration of homeowners’ associations.

Mercedes Martín Blanco
Mercedes, partner at Blanco & Martín Abogados, is a lawyer and tax adviser, developing her professional career in providing comprehensive legal advice to companies and individuals. She graduated in Law and Economics from the Carlos III University of Madrid and holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Law and New Technologies from the University of Salamanca, combining a solid legal and economic background with a strategic vision of the business environment. In addition, she has specialised training in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, standing out for her ability to provide effective, personalised solutions focused on the prevention of legal and tax risks.

Victor M. Martín Blanco
Víctor, partner at Blanco & Martin Abogados, graduated in Law from the University of Granada and furthered his legal education at the University of Glasgow, where he obtained his Master’s Degree in International Commercial Law, consolidating a solid academic foundation with a strong international outlook. In addition, he speaks English fluently, which allows him to provide comprehensive advice to his foreign clients. Víctor has developed extensive professional experience advising in different areas of law, standing out especially for his close and approachable manner, his commitment to each client, and his practical approach to resolving legal matters, always offering a personalised service based on trust and legal certainty.

Rafaela Blanco Majarón
Rafaela has been part of the team at Blanco & Martín Abogados for more than 20 years, where she has developed a solid and highly specialised career in the comprehensive management of the firm. She has training in Administration and Management of Professional Law Firms, Anti-Money Laundering Prevention, and Business Administration and Management, which has allowed her to acquire a global vision of both the firm’s internal operations and the needs of its clients. She particularly stands out for her extensive experience in accounting and invoicing, as well as in administrative management related to labour and Social Security matters, providing key practical knowledge in the firm’s economic and operational organisation.
Agustín Fernández
Agustín is an Argentine lawyer and has collaborated with Blanco & Martín Abogados since 2025. He graduated in Law from the Universidad Siglo XXI and obtained his law degree in 2018. He is a member of the Córdoba Bar Association. He speaks Spanish and German. He advises individuals and companies with interests in Argentina and other Latin American countries, as well as in their connection with Europe, participating in the management and coordination of cross-border matters between Argentina, Spain, and Germany. His practice focuses on Civil Law, with particular dedication to Family Law, Inheritance Law, and Contracts, offering comprehensive and close legal advice in operations with an international dimension.
